How do you fit your treatment into everyday life?
Quote from daniel.kraus on October 7, 2026, 8:11 amHow do you fit your treatment into everyday life?
Yesterday, I shared why I’m switching from tablets back to enzyme replacement therapy with infusions for my Fabry disease.
I had hoped the tablets would give me more freedom and a better quality of life. But sticking to the dosing schedule and the fasting periods before and after each dose proved difficult in my everyday life.
I think it’s important to talk openly about this. Behind every treatment is a person with a family, commitments, needs, and days when things simply don’t go to plan.
So today, I’d love to hear from you: How do you fit your treatment into your everyday life?
What helps you—a regular routine, reminders, or support from others? And what do you find difficult?
Whether you live with a rare or chronic condition, your experiences are welcome here. You don’t need to have a perfect solution. Sometimes, knowing that someone else faces similar challenges can help us feel less alone.
This kind of connection is exactly why I created Rare & Chronic Voices. 💜
