Well, looking at this root, I can’t help but wonder if nature lost the instructions along the way. It goes left, right, and straight through the middle. And in some places, it looks like there were leftover pieces that absolutely had to be worked into the design. 😅
I picture it going something like this: “Insert root A into slot B.” Then, three hours later: “Oh, it’ll hold just fine like that. Let’s put a little moss over it.”
What can I say? I like the result. Even if I’m not entirely sure whether I’m looking at an old tree root or a forest spirit who’s gotten himself all tangled up doing yoga.
Just to be safe, I’d give it a friendly wave. You never know.
And if the instructions are still lying somewhere under the leaves: Please leave them there. We’re definitely not starting over from scratch now.
