A long time ago, around 1992, I was lucky enough to be able to get my moped license in 10th grade.
But why was I lucky? The situation was such that I absolutely needed an A on my report card.
So I signed up for the license course.
It was so exciting to sit on a moped for the first time, start the engine, and breathe in the smell of exhaust fumes. Back then, it was the best thing ever for me.
The course was a ton of fun; I got that A on my report card and, on top of that, my moped license.
That was a really cool thing I learned in school.
